Lola and Dad putting together a puzzle. This was taken a couple of years ago in our dining room. She was very excited to be working on a 1000 piece puzzle! No more little kid puzzles. She is very good at them, probably the best in our house!

Lola's 9th birthday.

Lola turned 9 this week. The first picture I loaded up was of her and her friends in front of the limo they rode in. That photo is at the bottom of the page. I'm sorry about the order of these photo's. I wish I would have posted them in chronological order.

She loves the new Alice in Wonderland movie and wanted her birthday outfit to look like Alice. She is also sporting a "Birthday Girl" sash and pink jeweled crown. She is growing up fast!

Flower Girl.

My dad took this picture of Lola a couple of years ago. I think Lola is 5 here. It's one of my favorite pictures of her at that age. I love the lighting and he captured her sweet smile.

Lola is riding on Donnie's shoulders in this photo. Your dad has had three spinal surgeries! But He wont listen to me when I tell him to put her down. And for that matter she wont either. They just laugh and continue roughhousing.

Lola's Dance recital.

Lola is in the very middle. She actually hated dace class, but *LOVED* the recital and costumes. She only did two years of dance before she said "No more."

Lola's 9th Birthday party

Lola turned 9 on the 15th. We had her birthday party this weekend. She had 6 friends from school over for a slumber party! The highlight of the night was a one hour limo ride around Iowa City. I don't think there is anyone in the entire world who loves limo's as much as 9 year old girls! They where uncontrollable! They had a blast and I'm sure they'll remember it for the rest of there lives.
